LGBTQ+ Leadership Gathering
Thursday, September 9th, 2021. 4pm-6pm, Multipurpose Room (0130) of Nyumburu Cultural Center.

This special event is for University of Maryland, College Park students, staff, and faculty who are past, current, or prospective leaders or key volunteers for campus LGBTQ+ spaces, initiatives, and/or services in order to discuss needs, challenges, and opportunities for the coming year, to exchange information, to support each other. This is an issue-specific space, not an identity-specific space, meaning that those working in solidarity with LGBTQ+ communities are part of this space.

N.B., this will be an in-person event, and will follow any campus-wide health/safety requirements at the time of the event. Any people who can not attend because of availability/modality or any other reason are invited to fill this form anyways to let us know you will not attend, but might want to be kept in the loop or share information with those gathering. Also note that only some of the fields in the RSVP are required, many are optional.

Any specific information, collaborative opportunities, ideas, or concerns you wish to share with the group? If so, feel free to come with those thoughts, but also feel free to share them here for us to potentially distribute-- this is more important if you can not attend and you have something to share. No pressure to have something specific to share.
It is okay to share all of the above information, including my contact information, with others (e.g. those who RSVP for this event).
Have you had at least a semester of previous full-open on-campus experience at UMD? (Pre-pandemic experience)
