Campus-Wide Commencement Ceremony (5.24.19)
For the Campus-Wide Ceremony on Friday, May 24, we are seeking help in the roles of Student Processional, Information Stations, Accessible Seating, and Program Distribution.

Student Processional Volunteers will assist with robing students as they prepare to enter the Xfinity Center in Lot 4b and directing them as they process through the halls of the arena. Accessible Seating Volunteers will help with guests who require directions and any accommodations on-site for said seating areas. And Program Distribution and Information Station Volunteers will give attendees information and directions as they enter the arena and seek their seats.

Volunteers for the Campus-Wide Ceremony are required to attend a Information Session/Luncheon at 12:00 PM on Monday, May 20, lasting approximately 90 minutes. On May 24 for the day of the Ceremony, volunteers will only need be present from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

All volunteers will receive two complimentary meals (the Volunteer Luncheon on May 20 and a lunch following the completion of your respective role on May 24), a free T-shirt, and a volunteer gift!
