Welcome to my site! I am delighted you are in interested in learning more about me and my background. I am a Ph.D. candidate ('22) in the Higher Education, Student Affairs, and International Educational Policy Program at the University of Maryland, College Park. My research interests focus on the intersections of race, gender, and technology, the diverse experiences of Black collegians and Professionals of Color career pathways and employee retention, graduate education equity and inclusion initiatives, and strategic leadership planning.

 

I have served as a higher education and student affairs practitioner for over 10 years developing collegians and professionals in their academic and career endeavors with a distinct focus on equity and social justice. My portfolio includes:
