Discover Engineering is an event hosted by the UMD Chapter of the Society of Women Engineers and is an opportunity for prospective students to learn about the Clark School of Engineering, participate in hands-on engineering activities, and hear from current students. This year, Discover Engineering will take place during Maryland Day on Saturday April 30th from 1-3pm in the Clark Hall Forum (AJC 1101). The event will feature a guest lecturer, three engineering activities, and a student panel.

There is no cost to participate and free t-shirts will be available for the first 150 participants. Parents are welcome to attend, and there will be an informational presentation for parents during the event.
