Hello! Thank you for applying to be a part of the Smith Undergraduate Student Association's Leadership Team. Committee members are a key part of the SUSA team. With terms lasting for one calendar year, each committee member will be given the chance to leave their mark on the Smith community. In addition to the work associated with each position, every committee is also focused on developing its members and helping them grow personally and professionally.

The following committees have applications open for the 2022 Term:

You are welcome to apply for up to THREE committee positions.

Every member of our Leadership Team must balance two roles of equal importance:
(1) To lead and manage their specific silo (i.e. finance, marketing, etc)
(2) To contribute equally as a member of both their committee and the Leadership Team when deciding on the needs and direction of the Smith Community

We are an extremely flat organization, and everyone’s voice carries equal weight, regardless of position. As such, we expect that all of our members are willing to support not only their silos and their committees, but also the entire team.

• Position-based interviews: November 29th - December 3rd
• Interview decisions will be sent out by Sunday, December 5th
• Please be ready to respond promptly for an interview request
