Are you just now exploring Computer Science? Did you take limited computing or technical classes in high school? Come join us for an intro to computing bootcamp to help you gain the skills needed to excel in CMSC 131/131A.

During this session, you will
-Learn more about computational thinking
-Discover computing concepts that are introduced during CMSC 131
-Meet current CS students and hear their advice for success in computer science at UMD
-Learn more about resources to help you succeed during your time in computer science at UMD


The bootcamp is offered for 2 sessions on September 8th
9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm
A joint lunch will be provided for both sessions between 12pm-1pm

All students currently enrolled in CMSC 131 or 131A are eligible to attend this workshop.
