2024 Certified FAMACHA© Instructor Application
Please fill out this form if you wish to become a Certified FAMACHA© Instructor (in US, Canada, or Caribbean) Your application will be reviewed by members of the American Consortium for Small Ruminant Parasite Control (ACSRPC). You also need to pass (80%) the online exam. If your application is approved, you will be issued a certificate indicating you are a Certified FAMACHA© Instructor. Once certified, you will be able to lead FAMACHA© training workshops and be able to purchase multiple FAMACHA© cards (for teaching purposes only). Certification is for two years and must be renewed biennially by taking the online exam.

I agree to use the instructional materials (https://www.wormx.info/resources) provided by the American Consortium for Small Ruminant Parasite Control (ACSRPC) to teach FAMACHA©  workshops. My FAMACHA©  workshops will be at least two hours in length and will include lecture + hands-on instruction. I agree to limit class size to 25 people (face to face) unless there is an additional instructor. Less is better. In order to be certified, each participant must demonstrate proper FAMACHA© technique (in person or via video). *
