The University of Maryland Extension - Frederick County holds Maryland Private Pesticide Applicators initial certification training and exams each year in the Fall. In order to expand this offering throughout the year, this form was created to serve as a "rolling-admission" like service whereby those interested in earning an initial Maryland Private Pesticide Applicator Certification register for an upcoming course.
(Generally once a minimum of 8 interested parties have completed this form, the Frederick County Agriculture Agent will arrange the training and exam. This form will serve as your registration to the events. Applicants will be immediately notified of the course training date and time, typically the last two Tuesdays of the next month).
