HireSmith Alumni Account Request
Smith students graduated in recent years should have a HireSmith account already. If you are a Smith alumnus/alumna but don't have an account, please provide the following details to request your HireSmith alumni account. Review hiresmith.net for details. 
PLEASE NOTE:
  1. HireSmith accounts may ONLY be created for current students and alumni who have a Smith major, or students currently in the QUEST program.
     
  2. If you have trouble logging into your UMD Directory account, try to reset your Directory password first by visiting identity.umd.edu and select “Set Passphrase”. Check here if you forgot or have an issue with your Directory ID. Refer to this Duo MFA article about UMD CAS login. Contact campus DIT at 301-405-1500 or itsupport@umd.edu if need assistance.

  3. If you already have an account but received an error other than SSO, please avoid using this form and contact the OCS Tech Team at smithocsservice@umd.edu. Please include your Student ID, Degree Program, Graduation Term, and any necessary details in your request. A screenshot can also be helpful. Thank you.
