The planning committee is responsible for planning the 12th Annual SLCE Conference, to be held on Saturday, November 16th, 2019 at University of Maryland, College Park.

This conference has historically hosted upwards of 250 students, faculty, staff and community partners from the Maryland, Delaware, and DC area, who make up the Campus Compact Mid-Atlantic. Planning committee responsibilities include:

1. Attending up to 13 conference calls prior to the conference.
2. Attending 2 in person meetings at University of Maryland, College Park
3. Joining one of the working groups (see descriptions below), and working with the chairs to carry out associated work.
4. Circulating SLCE Conference marketing materials with your respective networks.
5. Attending the Conference on November 16th, 2019 to engage in and witness all of your great work in action!!
