The purpose of this form is for staff to submit their RSVP for the Engineering Commencement Ceremonies and the Engineering Graduation Reception on May 23, 2019. Staff planning to participate in any of these activities are required to submit this form in order to receive future communications.

Elevator Monitors - (2 per ceremony) - Assist with lefover programs & name cards
Line-up - Golden Terp - (2) - Assist Golden Terp lineup
Line-up - Faculty Member Processional - (1 per ceremony) - Assist faculty lineup, hooding instructions, & cue for processing
Line-up - Platform Party Processional (PPP) - (1 per ceremony) - Assist PPP lineup & cue for processing
Line-up - Student Processional - Pavilion (room 0601 Xfinity) Assist students with processional
Media/Robing Room Monitor - (1-2 per ceremony) - monitor the room during ceremony
Portal Monitors - (2 per ceremony) - Assist and cue processional groups and latecomers
Program Distributors (8 per ceremony) - Hand out programs to families
Reserved Section Monitor - (1 per ceremony) - Assist guest of student speaker, speaker, award winners, etc.
Runner - (2 per ceremony) - Provide assistance to staff as needed
Staff and Faculty Check-in - (3 per ceremony) name badge distribution to staff and direct faculty
Stage Assistant - (4 per ceremony) - assist faculty and students by the stairs and seating, handing out gifts
Student Check-in Table - (8 per ceremony) - hand out cards with student's name, have them go the Engr. Career Services tables
Student Processional Counter - (1 per ceremony) - Count students as they go up the stage
Set-up Assistant at Xfinity- (5 per ceremony) - Assist with programs, name cards, water, awards, scripts, etc
