Internship Stipend Application
CIVICUS will be providing a limited number of stipends to help students offset the costs for unpaid, off-campus internships required for BSCV 302. Applicants must submit a 250-word statement describing their internship and explaining how the internship will support their efforts with civic engagement and their future career and academic goals. Applicants should also include a detailed budget that includes a projected cost of travel, any other expected expenses, and a statement of any compensation provided by the internship (including travel stipends). To be eligible you must have secured an internship that has been approved in writing by Korey no later than December 6. Selection criteria will include financial need (please indicate if you have a FASFA on file), your proposed budget, the strength of the statement, and a continued, demonstrated commitment to CIVICUS.
Applications are due by December 7.
