Check in & registration will be located on the second floor conference level of The Hotel at the University of Maryland.
Registration for the 2018 UNICON Conferenceincludes attendance to program sessions, workshop materials, breakfast (Thursday & Friday), lunch (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday), a Reception & Dinner on Wednesday evening and daily refreshment breaks.

Parking
Attendees driving to The Hotel at the University of Maryland daily, should park in the hotel parking garage. The parking garage entrance is located next the primary hotel entrance on Hotel Drive. Attendees should bring their parking ticket to the conference registration table to receive a parking validation sticker, which will discount parking to $7.00 for the day.
Overnight guests should notify the front desk upon checking in that you have parked a vehicle in hotel garage. Guests will receive in and out access to the garage during their stay and will be billed $10 per night to their final hotel folio.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to unicon18reg@umd.edu.
Cancellation requests received on or before Wednesday, November 14, 2018 are refundable, less a fee of $25.
No refunds will be administered for requests received after Wednesday, November 14, 2018.
Substitutions may be permitted at no additional cost provided notification is sent to unicon18reg@umd.edu prior to the event start date.
