Dance is intimately connected with spiritual practice. We can think of dance as a moving meditation. Dance liberates us from our thinking minds as we fully inhabit our bodies, while simultaneously cultivating the experience of “stepping outside” of ourselves and our everyday lives.
In this virtual interactive session, we will be guided to move together in dance and relax into meditation. Both, the dance and meditation, will be led by a trained instructor.
You will also get an introduction to the Sudarshan Kriya® breathing technique taught in the SKY Happiness Retreat.
